Legacy. Continuity.
Growth.

Onebirdie Capital is an entrepreneurial venture backed by international investors,
created to acquire and lead a single Italian SME for the long term, following the search fund model.

About us

An entrepreneurial model for business continuity.

The search fund is an entrepreneurial model established internationally for over forty years, created to address the challenge of generational transition in businesses. An entrepreneur with relevant skills, backed by a group of experienced investors, seeks a single, solid company to acquire and continue developing. For the seller, the difference is substantial: the company does not enter a portfolio, nor is it absorbed into a group — it passes to an entrepreneur who will make it their own project, respecting its history and its people.

A single company

Resources and energy dedicated exclusively to the acquired company and its growth.

Entrepreneurial expertise

The Managing Partner takes over the company's management, bringing skills and operational flexibility.

Respect for tradition

The company's history and its people as the foundations of the development project.

Long-term horizon

An entrepreneurial vision, free from the deadlines and constraints of traditional acquisition models.
